Ms. Saleha Yusof
Managing Director, SystatS Consulting Sdn. Bhd.
With over 20 years experience as a full time statistical consultant both in Malaysia and the United States, Ms. Saleha Yusof is the founder and Managing Director of SYSTATS Consulting. She has extensive experience in semiconductor manufacturing, both in Wafer Fabrication (in Findlay, Ohio, USA) and Assembly (KL, Malaysia), as well as in semiconductor packaging with Diacon Inc. (San Diego, CA, USA). She has personally used the Six Sigma methodology successfully on scores of major projects resulting in millions of dollars of savings.
Her clients include a wide range of industries including semiconductor, chemical, electronics, automotive suppliers, wood-based products, paper manufacturers, palm oil, rubber and a variety of service industries.
Ms. Saleha Yusof was the Asia Pacific Regional Six Sigma consultant for Sigma Breakthrough Technologies, Inc (SBTI) from 1998 to 2002. She has trained and coached Master Black Belts, Black Belts and Green Belts in the Asia Pacific Region, including Malaysia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
She has also been Senior Consultant for Uniworld Consulting Group, leading international provider of Six Sigma, supporting clients in Malaysia and Indonesia. She has taken this international experience and applied it to the local Asian markets to offer a leaner, more flexible and more compatible approach to Six Sigma.
Ms. Saleha Yusof holds a B.Sc. (Hon) in Mathematics and Statistics from Sussex University, UK and M.Sc. in Applied Statistics from Bowling Green State University, USA.
Paul Mullenix, Ph.D.

Dr. Mullenix brings a wide range of experience from over 20 years in the fields of Statistics, Quality and Customer Service. His background spans Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Management, Academics and Customer Relations. Both in the U.S. and Malaysia, he has served in large multinational organizations such as Harris Semiconductor, Intersil and ChipPAC as Director of Quality Assurance & Reliability, Director of Customer Service, and Senior Staff Statistician. At Harris Semiconductor Dr. Mullenix was awarded the Statistical Methods Corporate Practice Expert distinction (Harris Semiconductor equivalent term for Six Sigma Master Black Belt). Before joining industry, he was Assistant Professor of Statistics / Mathematics at the Univ. of North Florida and held Vice President and Treasurer offices in a state chapter of the American Statistical Association.
Implementing improvement programs using Six Sigma tools, Dr. Mullenix has helped clients to reduce customer complaints, achieve Quality Certifications, and develop innovative customized solutions for business and manufacturing process improvement, process control, cost reduction, forecasting and statistical training for Engineers, Master Black Belts, Black Belts, Green Belts, Champions and Managers.
Dr. Mullenix holds a Ph.D. from the University of Florida in Statistics with research area in Directional Data. He has published over 15 articles in Statistics / Quality / Engineering fields and is a member of the American Statistical Association, American Society for Quality and the Scientific Research Society Sigma Xi. |
